This 6 week workshop is designed for people who lead busy lives, don't know how to slow down or need to heal the mind, body or soul.
Restorative yoga is static where you are supported in a seated/supine posture. This gives your body the chance to truly let go and be held so you can rest, heal and meditate.
Yin yoga is all about slowing down the practise and holding the posture from 3-10mins. Yin balances out the yang (active) yoga and is great for people who live a fast paced life. Slowing down your practise brings new perspective and deeper meaning to your yoga.
Both restorative and yin yoga can help release blockages in your chakras, promote healing and clarity of mind.
